This merit-based scholarship is open to graduating seniors and current college students from Dare County who demonstrate good academic standing, community service, and active participation in some sort of service club, such as Interact, Key Club, National Honor Society, or Rotary. Applicants must also complete an essay question about the Rotary Four-Way Test in order to be considered.
