Established by the family of Kenneth Blower to provide scholarships based on financial need to Hudson High School graduating seniors pursuing a two- to four-year degree in scientific areas of study, including but not limited to, engineering, environmental science, medicine and biology. If applicable, preference may be given to a student who is the first in the family to pursue higher education.
