This scholarship is for seniors at high schools in San Luis Obispo County, California. To qualify, applicants must plan to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university during the 2015/2016 academic year, exhibit a strong academic record, demonstrate leadership or involvement in the school community, and have financial need.
