Kelly L. O'Brien Scholarship

Stateline Community Foundation

This scholarship is for women who are non-traditional students and reside in the Stateline area in Illinois and Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be over 25 years of age and have interrupted their education because of family or financial obligations. Applicants must be enrolled in a two- or four-year college, university, or technical college and can either be full- or part-time students. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit a short essay on why they went back to college, future plans, and reasons for desiring the scholarship.
