This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Tyler Consolidated High School in Sistersville, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to pursue a degree in nursing. It is a one-time award payable at the start of the sophomore year, pending submission of transcripts and current college schedule.
