This scholarship is for high school students, college undergraduates, and graduate students. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending a college, university, vocational, or trade school in the Fall of 2012 or Spring 2013 semesters. Applicants may also be high school students who are taking extra courses in a junior college. Applicants may reside anywhere in the world, but must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, vocational, or trade school in the United States. Applicants do not need to be gay/lesbian/bi/transgender to qualify for this scholarship. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write/create something that expresses their views on the gay/lesbian/bi/transgender topic.
