Applicants must be Manistee County residents who are graduating seniors of any Manistee County high school; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; demonstrate leadership ability and/or community involvement; and plan to pursue a degree or certification at any two or four-year accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school within the State of Michigan. The student’s academic achievement and financial need are also taken into consideration.
