To qualify for this scholarship, applicants have a minimum 2.8 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must enroll in a degree-seeking program at a two- or four-year college institution as an undergraduate or graduate student. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation; one from a teacher and one from a community organization.
