Justin E. Hook Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Francis Scott Key High School in Union Bridge, Maryland. To qualify, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be accepted at an accredited college, university, or technical school to study sports medicine, exercise science, physical therapy, or a related field. Candidates must also have college-worthy SAT scores and an exemplary work ethic.
