This scholarship is for students who live in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Applicants must have a record of outstanding community service. Students must submit a detailed list of volunteer activities beginning with the ninth grade and reference letters from adults directly associated with these activities. Children of Junior League members, past members, and sustainers are not eligible.
