This scholarship exemplifies his hard work and the legacy he leaves behind representing his integrity, compassion, and respect for the law. Candidates must be a graduate from Ridgway Area High School and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also applicants should play an active role in their school and community. Applications are available through the guidance counselor’s office of each school.
