This scholarship is for law students who graduated from high school in Marion County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending Ohio Northern University College of Law. Relatives of the selection committee, the Jenkins family, and employees/board members of the Marion Community Foundation are not eligible for this scholarship.
