This scholarship is for enlisted soldiers currently working in the active Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard of any rank. Honorably discharged enlisted soldiers from any component of the total army are also eligible. Applicants must be accepted at an accredited college or university and be pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering or related field such as computer science, bio-technology, etc.
