This scholarship is for seniors attending Charles City High School in Charles City, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need, outstanding commitment to academics, school and community activities, and also a commitment to fellow classmates. Applicants must be candidates for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year and plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year community college, college or university, or vocational or technical institution in the continental United States the following academic year.
