This scholarship is for undergraduate or graduate students who are pursuing a major in Hawaiian language or Hawaiian studies. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program at a two- or four-year college institution. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay describing involvement in community service including organizations, number of hours/length of volunteer service, and how they intend to continue to benefit the Hawaiian community.
