This scholarship fund is for Applicants who have rong academic record, good character, be actively involved in community service and attend a Dare or Currituck County High School. Preference may be given to a student with an interest in photography. This merit-based scholarship may be renewable for up to four years, so long as the student maintains full-time enrollment and a GPA of 3.0 or better.
