John T. and Joann C. Wills Music Educators Scholarship

This scholarship is for high school graduates from Preston County, West Virginia, who are pursuing studies in music. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be regularly enrolled as undergraduate students in a college or university and should be studying one of the following, listed in order of preference: music education, instrumental music, or choral/vocal music. Scholarships will be awarded based on leadership through school and community involvement, demonstrated musical ability, and academic promise.
