John R. Skobel III Memorial Scholarship

Heritage Fund - The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County

Established in memory of John R. Skobel III, a Columbus North High School student who died in an automobile accident in 1988.

Criteria: Four-year scholarship for graduating seniors from the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. who have participated in their school’s football program and who plan to pursue post-secondary education as a full-time student at a vocational/technical school, junior college, college, or university. No application required. Recipient selected by committee.
