John J. Mazur, Jr., Memorial 4-H Scholarship

Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for high school seniors and high school graduates in Carroll County, Maryland. To qualify, applicants must be current or former members of Carroll County 4-H and must be accepted at or already attending college/postsecondary school. Applicants must have carried out a livestock or photography project in 4-H. Selection will be based on 4-H accomplishments, participation, financial need, and high school grades.
