John G. Williams Scholarship Foundation

This scholarship loan program is for high school graduates who are residents of Pennsylvania. To qualify, applicants must be accepted by an institution of higher learning on a full-time basis and demonstrate financial need, personal initiative, and civic responsibility. Special consideration will be given to students who, because of financial circumstances, would be unable to attend college or graduate school without assistance of the foundation. As of 2019, this scholarship is only accepting applications from prior/current recipients.
