To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been away from school for a period of time (preferably at least two years) and be beginning or returning to pursue a degree. Applicants must plan to enroll in at least six credit hours. Preference will be given to students who plan to enroll at an accredited four-year college. If there are no such applicants, study at a two-year vocational college will be eligible.
