A high school senior from Placer, Del Oro, Foresthill, or Colfax High School, or a returning or transfer student at Sierra College who resides in the Auburn area. Students must be pursing a degree in specific areas at Sierra College, and priority will be given to full-time students enrolled in 12 or more units.
