John E. Willoughby Scholarship

Community Foundation of Gaston County

This scholarship is for residents of Gaston County, North Carolina, who have been residents ofr at least one year at the time of the deadline date. To qualify, applications must be blind or have significant hearing impairment, or be the child or spouse of an individual who is blind or has significant hearing impairment. Applicants must attend an accredited North Carolina college or university. Other criteria used for awarding scholarships include academic achievement, character, and financial need.
