This scholarship will be given to a Cairo High School Senior to assist in the pursuit of baccalaureate education and to overcome financial barriers to continued education. Applicants must be a graduating senior from Cairo High School. Applicants must reside in the United States, and be enrolled or intends to enroll in a post secondary college, technical college or university in the United States
