Awarded to Ventura County residents who previously graduated from or will graduate this year from any Ventura County high school who are enrolled or enrolling in an accredited community college or 4-year college or university in the state of California to pursue an undergraduate degree OR Ventura County residents who have graduated from or will graduate this year from any Ventura County high school and who are enrolled or enrolling in a career and technical training institute in the state of California pursuing career training and certification.
