To be eligible for this award, applicants must plan to attend an accredited college or university or vocational or technical school; have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and a minimum ACT score of 21; and demonstrate characteristics of an American patriot. Available to seniors graduating from South Dakota high schools.
