Joan L. McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship
Rush County Commuity Foundation
A scholarship fund created to award two scholarships each year, one to a graduating senior of RCHS and one to a RCHS graduate at a sophomore level or above in college. This scholarship provides funds for graduating seniors who have exhibited community involvement extra-curricular activities, financial need and academic success.
