This scholarship is for gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender (GLBT) students who have been residents of Oregon for at least one year prior to submitting an application. to qualify, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree at an accredited four-year college or university, preferably studying fine arts and humanities. Applicants must be accepted for enrollment or enrolled in an accredited educational program beyond the secondary level that has an established non-discrimination policy that includes sexual and gender minority groups. Applicants also must demonstrate evidence of the potential to successfully complete their selected program of study.
