Jim Haskins Scholarship Fund

Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts

The Jim Haskins Scholarship Fund was established to honor the memory of long-time Lakeville resident Jim Haskins. Jim was well known in his community as an avid volunteer – he was active in numerous organization including the Rotary club of Fall River, the Salvation Army, Special Olympics Massachusetts, Citizens for Citizens, the Durfee Alumni Association, the Marine Museum, and the Moby Dick Council of Boy Scouts of America. Scholarship fund provides annual college scholarships to selected graduating seniors from the communities of Fall River, Freetown, Lakeville Somerset, Swansea, and Westport.
