Applicants must be a graduating senior at Barnesville High School who has been accepted for post-secondary education/training at an accredited university, college or vocational/technical school as a first-year student. Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 3.5 GPA cumulative while attending high school, have shown examples of leadership/community service volunteer experience and have participated in athletics and/or performing arts while attending high school.
