This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attend public schools in Harris County, Texas. To qualify, applicants must be nominated by their high school. Selection will be based on academic achievement, economic need, leadership skills, community service, and character. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States in the fall semester after high school graduation.
