Watertown Area Community Foundation
The winners will be based on need, character, and high school scholastic performance. To be eligible an applicant must have a cumulative 3.0 grade average for the first seven semesters of high school. Scholarship applications are available at the Watertown Area Community Foundation, Watertown High School, Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce, Watertown Police Department and WIN-E-MAC school.
