This scholarship is for undergraduate sophomores in Texas who are enrolled full-time in a B.S. program in civil engineering. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a college or university in Texas and must have demonstrated financial need. Special consideration may be given to students living within the counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, or Tarrant.
