This scholarship is for graduates of North Central High School in Sullivan County, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended Hymera Elementary/Junior High School. Students must have a certificate demonstrating the successful completion of a gun and firearms safety class. Applicants must provide proof of acceptance as a full- or part-time student to an institution of higher education.
