This scholarship is for seniors at Bay City Central High School in Bay County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll as full-time students for the upcoming school year. Applicants must have participated in school and/or community activities; preference will be given to applicants who were elected to the Homecoming Court during any of their four high school years.
