This scholarship is for graduating seniors from high schools in Ventura County, California, who have demonstrated leadership in both promoting safe schools and encouraging good citizenship. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants' school and community activities, essay, and both letters of recommendation must demonstrate their commitment to both goals of safe schools and encouraging good citizenship.
