This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Bay City Central High School in Bay City, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time students who were at risk and chose to become survivors; applicants must have overcome economic, social, emotional, or cultural obstacles. Applicants must have taken the opportunity to benefit from the resources and advice of professional staff to eliminate the negative and focus on the positive in their lives. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need.
