The Jay C. and B. Nadine Leggett Charitable Fund was established to assist high school seniors/graduates of Conotton Valley High School who have applied to and have been accepted by a college, university, or recognized educational institution of higher learning, or presently enrolled in college. Criteria is based on: Above average accomplishment in high school; Participation in extracurricular activities; Good moral and personal characteristics; and Demonstrate the requisite financial need.
