This scholarship is for special needs students whose parents reside in Isabella County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate a need for special materials or equipment that would otherwise prevent them from continuing their education OR be a special needs student pursuing higher education. Applicants should be accepted into a college, university, trade school or other institution of higher learning. Financial need will not be a factor in awarding this scholarship.
