This scholarship is for graduates of Jay County High School in Portland, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be college juniors or seniors who are majoring in elementary education. Applicants must be enrolled full-time (12 or more hours) and be in good academic standing (2.5 GPA or better).
