James N. Kincanon Scholarship

Roanoke Law Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of City of Roanoke, the City of Salem, or the County of Roanoke, or a graduate of a high school located in those jurisdictions in Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted, or expected to be accepted into postsecondary training, pursuing education in the law. Applicants must demonstrate diligence in and commitment to their studies, academic excellence, and an interest in the pursuit of law.
