This scholarship is for students who have a Technical Class or higher amateur radio license and can provide at least on QLSL card received within the past 12 months. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside in the ARRL Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Tennessee) and be studying electronics, computers, or journalism.
