Eligible applicants are St. Philip Catholic Central High School graduates and graduating seniors pursuing careers in the trades (i.e., electricians, plumbers, nurses, etc.). The primary criteria for selection is attendance, and graduates will be considered after graduating seniors. Secondary selection criteria consists of: financial need, dependability, and letters of recommendation.
