This scholarship is for a graduating senior from Parkersburg High School. Applicants must be a member of the PHS girls’ volleyball team during senior year at PHS and must be planning to attend a post-secondary educational institution in the United States full-time; may be pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree or vocational studies.
