The Jack and Jill of America Foundation-Jacqueline Moore Bowles scholarship will provide $2,250 need-based scholarships to returning college students who will be enrolled full-time at an accredited, post secondary institution, and who will begin their junior or senior in the fall, majoring in Communications.
