Applicants must be a graduate of Covington High and have live in the Covington school district for 12 months prior to the application. Applicants must have community and/or volunteer service and letters of reference must be submitted with the application. Applicant must have a 2.5 GPA and show financial need. Preference is given to applicants that will be attending Indiana State University. Other accredited colleges will be considered if no applications are submitted from ISU accepted students.
