The Foundation for Enhancing Communities
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of the Shippensburg Area School District in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or a "B" average and plan to attend a four-year college or university as full-time students. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and motivation, character, ability, and potential.
