The ISL Midwest Senior Scholarship is open to high school seniors, and parents of students, who are: Legal U.S. residents, Residents of Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota or Wisconsin, Planning to attend, physically or virtually, an eligible college the fall following the registration dates. There are no financial need, minimum grade point average or class rank requirements for the ISL Midwest Senior Scholarship.
