This scholarship is for graduationg seniors at one of the following high schools in Memphis, Tennessee: Booker T. Washington, Central, East, Frayser, Kirby, Overton, or Whitehaven. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (B average or better); be accepted by an accredited four-year college or university; and demonstrate financial need. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must complete a two-page essay discussing the following topic: "Evaluate a significant ethical dilemma you have faced and its impact on you."
