This scholarship is for students from select counties in Virginia and North Carolina. Applicants will be assessed on financial need, academic success, accuracy and completeness of application. Additional consideration is given to youth who, themselves, or whose parent or grandparent lived at Hughes Memorial Home when it was an orphanage. See website for further details.
